I need help with left-hand arpeggios!

I'm having big trouble with left-hand arpeggios, does anyone have any tips to help me improve?

Similar technique for the left

Also these exercises go for basic,

Most of the time I would start with the basics, and modulate the notes to whatever song I'd be playing. Also depends on reach, flexibility and wrist rotations
